The core of our coarse-shredders is a patented cutting system consisting of axially coupled knives. Counter-blades located at the side panels and on the support in the middle of the cutting gear allow the shredding procedure to occur alternately at both sides of the knives, however never at the same time. In this way, the power required is considerably reduced – an optimal size reduction with high throughput up to 80t/h is reached.
