Functionality RZA6000

The funnel system of the installation is charged with the help of the built-on grab arm.
The tires are mainly pulled in automatically by the shredding machine and shredded. Geometrically adverse or oversized tires which cannot be seized fast enough are fed to the cutting gear with the hydraulic radial press-in device integrated in the funnel.

The knives mounted on the cutting rotors cut the tires into strips of a width of about 100mm and of different lengths. Via an ascending conveyor, the shredded material is fed to a disk sieve and filtered in order to reach the pre-determined granulate size.
The accepted material falls on a discharge conveyor belt placed under the disk sieve, which discharges the material into standby trucks, containers or on a stockpile.

Oversized granulates are conveyed via the disk sieve laterally into the funnel system and fed, in this way, once more to the cutting gear.
